Get DNS INFO is engineered as a stateless diagnostic utility. To ensure maximum performance and adhere to our zero-log privacy architecture, we do not utilize invasive tracking pixels or aggressive session cookies. We rely primarily on modern Web Storage APIs (LocalStorage) to save your UI preferences locally on your device.
1. First-Party UI Storage (Strictly Necessary)
We use HTML5 LocalStorage to remember your interface configurations. Because this data never leaves your browser, it is inherently private and secure.

2. Infrastructure & Security Cookies
Our application is routed through global edge networks (like Cloudflare and Vercel) to protect against DDoS attacks. These infrastructure providers inject strictly necessary security cookies.
- __cf_bm: Managed by Cloudflare to distinguish between malicious scraper bots and legitimate human researchers. It expires automatically after 30 minutes.
- _vercel_jwt: Used by our hosting provider for edge-caching validation and deployment staging.
3. Third-Party Monetization (Google AdSense)
We monetize our bandwidth costs entirely through Google AdSense. Google utilizes the DoubleClick (IDE) cookie and standard advertising cookies to serve contextual or personalized ads based on your broader browsing history.
Critical Note: We explicitly DO NOT pass your sensitive DNS queries, IP lookups, or WHOIS searches into the AdSense data stream. Your diagnostic data is air-gapped from the advertising layer.
4. Managing Your Preferences
Because our core functionality relies solely on LocalStorage, you can aggressively block all third-party cookies in your browser (e.g., via Brave Browser, UBlock Origin, or Safari ITP) without breaking the DNS diagnostic tools.
